Development layouts for the financier's personal Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Additionally included in this new document drop is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated plans to develop the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and contains a notes section identifying different parts of the property.
In addition to this are what appear to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, featuring designs for boat shelters.
More documentation released as part of the current oversight release.
